Maxwell Studios, located in Mapleton, Illinois, was originally founded as Photography by Megan in 2010. After tragedy struck in 2017, the small family business was renamed as Maxwell Studios to honor their late son, Maxwell Kenneth Leggins.

Through years of training, education, and work focused around family, child, and newborn photography, Megan has become one of the most trusted and well-respected photographers in Central Illinois. In 2023, Megan and Bobby joined forces and began to offer videography to portrait sessions. The extra memories created into beautiful and heartfelt videos has brought joy to so many!

Hi! I'm Bobby.

I am a professional videographer serving Central Illinois since 2023. While I have shot for many events and businesses, big & small, I found my true calling to be a family and child videographer. I'm a FAA Certified Drone Pilot and love to incorporate bonus, aerial views that take your videos to the next level! While working with my wife, I love capturing the fun and loving moments she creates during portrait sessions. Delivering a hand edited, custom video filled with family memories brings me such joy!
